It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Through the years Dix Baines has created works of faith. A thousand words can be said about each of these paintings…words about the stories behind the paintings, words about Dix’s connection with the images, and even words about the process of painting the painting.

We invite you to join us on the evening of February 5th at 7:00 PM at the Studio as Dix Baines shares the stories behind these works.
To celebrate the first of our Talk Abouts, we will be offering special pricing on select giclees.

Great news from Hayden Hays Gallery today. “Shadow Light”, a 32×40 original sold.  One of the paintings generated from time spent in Gateway, Colorado during a year long commission to paint the landscape.  Still some of my favorite images. -DIX BAINES
